Complaints and returns

You may return standard products to us within 14 days, as stipulated by law for distance selling. If you are purchasing solely remotely, you may return the standard products, being all chairs delivered from stock, and the products we designate as standard. All other furniture/products (most of them!) are produced specifically for you upon order. In this case, the right to return within 14 days is forfeited!


In the event of returning the goods, you are responsible for the return of the product and the associated costs and risks. If we collect the furniture from you, the costs for this will be deducted as we would have charged for this upon delivery.


The furniture/product must be returned to us in the same condition as when we delivered it to you. This means: undamaged, complete, and accompanied by the original (complete) packaging. If the product is not returned complete, is damaged, or if the packaging is missing or severely damaged, the costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. This cannot be disputed afterwards.


If modifications have been made to the product, the right to return the furniture is forfeited.


There is no right of return on any products that we produce and/or finish specifically for you. You should carefully consider the purchase of products made to order. If you still wish to return these products, we will inform you, before consulting with you, of the costs involved and the amount we will refund upon receiving the furniture back from you in undamaged and complete condition, accompanied by the original packaging. Please expect a maximum refund of 50% or less. This depends heavily on the product, color, and finish.

We find it extremely regrettable to receive returned goods and leave you with a bad feeling because you always have to incur unnecessary costs and/or effort.

So if you are in doubt, it is best to make an appointment with us to visit our showroom to take a good look at the products and make the right choice that you won't regret later.
